The watch will sound a tone and/or vibrate, and display in indicator to alert you to incoming calls or mail on the phone.^*

* Phone events that are alerted on the watch depend on how phone settings are configured.

Incoming Call Notification

The watch will alert you when a call is received by the phone.

Alert Method

Under initial settings, incoming call alerts are indicated by a two-second tone and vibration (Type b), and by display indication.
The screen initially shows the incoming call icon, and then the message "Incoming Call" scrolls from right to left. You can also configure watch settings to display an animation figure.

Stopping the Alert Operation

Press any button. This will stop all watch alert operations (tone, vibration, display).

The watch will let you know when the G-SHOCK+ app receives mail.

Alert Method

Under initial settings, incoming mail alerts are indicated by a two-second tone and display indication.
After the incoming mail icon is displayed, sender information (sender mail address or name) will scroll from right to left on the display. User information may not appear under certain conditions.

Stopping the Alert Operation

Press any button. This will stop all watch alert operations (tone, vibration, display).
