SHOCK THE WORLD TOUR – a party fusing various street cultures with a common worldview with G-SHOCK. This globe-trotting tour kicked off 2011 from Mumbai in India! The venue was the bar-lounge, Dragonfly, located in a high-end area full of classy hotels and restaurants. The press conference in the first part was attended by no less than 43 newspaper companies, proof of the booming popularity of G-SHOCK in India. Indeed, there was widespread media exposure of G-SHOCK in the days following. The party in the second part was graced with the presence of DJs Nikhil & Pearl, two massively popular DJs in India. The audience enjoyed to the max, the global feel of G-SHOCK, thanks to its high affinity with DJ culture.
