The G-SHOCK Gravitymaster’s centrifugal gravity resistance specifications significantly surpass 15G, the maximum level required of cockpit instruments by the continuous acceleration test standards for aircraft equipment (ISO 2669). Tests show that the 1/100-second stopwatch and other functions operate normally under conditions such as air racing with strong gravitational forces.

Vibration resistance is tested for approximately 10 hours under oscillation conditions reaching amplitudes up to 20mm, frequencies up to 1000Hz and 20G acceleration. G-SHOCK is certified as surpassing the vibration endurance test standard (JIS D1601 Class 4 A) for in-vehicle parts on 2-wheeled motor vehicles (vibrations up to 20G).
